Do you only work in Piemonte?
Piemonte is where we are based and where our own network is deepest, so that is where local help arrives fastest — viewings, introductions, someone who knows the office you are walking into. The coordination itself is not regional: routes, documents, deadlines and the order things have to happen in work the same wherever in Italy you are heading. Tell us where you are going and we will say plainly how much of it we can cover ourselves and where we would bring in someone local.
Can you help before I move?
That is the usual starting point. Most of our clients are still abroad when we begin, and the decisions that shape a move — which route fits, what has to be gathered, what must happen before you fly — are made months earlier. They are far cheaper to get right then than to unpick afterwards.
Do you work with specialists when needed?
Yes. ITRW coordinates the whole process, and when a step needs specific legal, tax, notarial or technical expertise, we rely on qualified professionals from our partner network. We engage and coordinate those specialists as your case requires, so you have a single point of contact and never have to manage different professionals separately.
Can you help with both property and relocation?
Yes, and they are usually one conversation rather than two. Where you can live depends on your route and your paperwork, and what paperwork you need depends on where you live — so the two are planned together here instead of being handed between people who never speak to each other.
