  • Are you lawyers, accountants or estate agents?

    No, and we do not try to replace them. ITRW is an advisory and coordination business: we help you see which route actually fits, organise what has to happen, and keep the stages moving in the right order. When a step needs regulated legal, tax or technical work, a qualified professional carries it out — an avvocato, a commercialista, a notaio — and we engage and coordinate them from our partner network, so ITRW remains your single point of contact.

  • Can you help if I am only starting to look?

  • Who handles the legal side?
